New Rules for Corporate America

Jack Welch's book, Winning, remains a Bestseller, but Fortune magazine's latest July, 2006 article, "The New Rules" by Betsy Morris takes issue with his rules; for example, Welch says "size matters" whereas Betsy says "agility matters." Jack says "Be No. 1" while Betsy says "find a niche and create something new." Jack says "Shareholders Rule" while Betsy says "Customers Rule." Review the article for more.
